I was born in Durango, and raised in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. I am a clear cut "Native" of this beautiful area. I attended and played football at Fort Lewis College (Durango, Colorado) in the mid 70's graduating with a Business Administration Degree in 1977. My wife’s name is Felicia and we have 3 children, Sebastian, Pariss and Tristan.
I spent 17 years specializing in Mountain Property and Ranch sales in the Colorado Springs and Westcliffe, Colorado areas. In 1995 my family and I moved back to Durango. That is when I was blessed in buying Durango Ridge and Elk Stream Ranch! I love buying beautiful Alpine Ranches and getting them ready to build for my customers. The ranches range from 35 and up to 2,600 acres in size. Most of the ranches have underground utilities, very good roads and completed surveys. Central water or wells are available to most of the properties. There are Protective Covenants on the Ranches.
I really enjoy the fact that many of my customers become my close personal friends.
My other Community passions include: Christian Preacher at Sword of Truth Church, in La Plata Canyon. I was the Offensive Coordinator for the Durango High School Football team from 1999 through 2004. I am currently a member of Fort Lewis College Booster Club and recently served as a member on the Fort Lewis Foundation.
